Not inevitable due to localized fat! There are different ways to fight cellulite and bulges. And no to skimp: Unity is strength!
Supply side
Make no mistake: all foods are providing energy rather than fat diet ... except for some surprising properties:
Oat bran. In mixing with other foods, fibers form a kind of adhesive gel, which prevents the absorption (and therefore the passage through the blood) of a portion of nutrients (in particular fat and sugar) and their calories.
The agar. Not only this alga provides almost 0 calories, but also by capturing sugars and fats, it prevents assimilation partly calorie foods.
Lemon. Restoring liver function, it activates the metabolism and inhibits fat storage. Helping to stabilize the level of sugar in the blood, it also avoids the storage of sugar as fat.
Coffee. Powerful exciting, caffeine stimulates the body. Each cup consumed increases by about 15% and energy expenditure in hours.
To deplete fat, it is also essential to reduce energy intake by eating less fat and sugar, but more protein (meat, fish, eggs ...): the ideal is to opt for a high protein diet.
Side supplements
Although it has not yet been formally demonstrated, certain substances have the power to burn fat. They are found in dietary supplements "fat burning" (capsules, dilute drinks ...)
Conjugated linoleic acid. These particular fatty acids favor the increase thermogenesis in muscle cells, and decreased storage in adipocytes.
Tea virgin. Rich in caffeine and polyphenols, have a lipolytic action and increase thermogenesis.
Green coffee. By stimulating the breakdown of fat and increasing energy costs, it would promote weight loss.
Calcium. One study showed that a diet with a calcium intake increased weight loss. It will decrease the amount of insulin produced so storage in body fat.
Chromium. This mineral also slow the absorption of sugars.
Cosmetic side
In terms of slimming creams with anti-fat, the most widely used molecule is caffeine. It is indeed the only one whose effectiveness has been proven by clear and serious studies. By stimulating certain receptors in the membranes of fat cells, it promotes fat burning. For more efficiency, slimming cream should be applied in rolling massage every day and over a long period.
Physical activity side
A sport of moderate intensity over a long period is what is more effective in removing the beads and saddlebags! Indeed, during exercise, after burning the immediately available energy (sugar), the body mobilizes its fat reserves.
Good news: more activity is slow and prolonged, the more attacks adipocytes. Thus, walking, we consume about 45% fat, trotting, 35% fat, running, 25% fat ... No need to run out!
To melt, we must first promote endurance activities such as walking, biking, rollerblading, swimming ... long time, but never force.
Hand care
Institute. Electromagnetic waves favor the melting of fat energy reserves.
