Croque-au-thon health

INGREDIENTS

2 thin PC Blue Menu Multigrain Bagels, lightly toasted
150 ml (⅔ cup) shredded mild cheddar cheese triple
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 ° F (220 ° C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, combine the red onion, spinach, mayonnaise, tuna and pepper. Using a fork, stir the preparation up to the mayonnaise is well distributed.
Arrange the toasted bagel halves on the baking sheet and top evenly prepaid tuna. Sprinkle with cheese.
