INGREDIENTS

1 c. tbsp (15 mL) butter
1/3 cup (80 mL) breadcrumbs
1 c. tsp (5 mL) dried basil
1/2 c. tsp (2 mL) dried rosemary
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
1 lb (450 g) pork chops, thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. tbsp (30 mL) cornstarch
Grated zest of one lemon
1/2 c. tsp (2 mL) salt
2 c. tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C). Put half the butter in a glass dish 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cml) baking dish. Bake 5 minutes.
